Abso-Flamin-Lutely! This 5-minute lunch/dinner or snack can be used as an alternative to the sloppy, greasy takeaways. Can be made vegan by using solely vegan toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 tortilla wrap/ 2 mini tortilla wraps
- Tomato purée
- Low-fat cheese/ vegan cheese
- Toppings of choice
Method
- Heat up the oven to Gas Mark 5 / 190 Electric / 170 Fan
- Generously spread tomato purée over tortilla wrap.
- Add toppings of choice. We recommend a protein source and some veggies!
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Place on a baking tray and in the oven for around 5-7 minutes.
- ‘Wrap’ your mouth around that and enjoy a healthier version of a classic comfort food.
