I love it, its actually harder than it seems to keep it swinging.
I couldn't do it for long as it really does take all your muscles and hips to keep momentum, I definitely felt it in my abs and waist.
But also your legs as you don't notice at the time but your also using your thighs especially to help keep balance and momentum.

Bought a hula and I was thrilled.looked at other sites and apparently people were saying they were for slim people. So After Looking On Various Websites I Decided To Buy From Yourselves.
Delivery Was Within The Expected Time Frame And Well Packaged.
To Be Fair I Wasn't Grate With Taking The Parts Out At First As It Was A Bit Difficult To Pop Out Of The Holes But Once I Finally Worked It Out 😅 It Was Simple.
Absolutely Great Product And Having So Much Fun With It And Definitely Worth Purchasing If Your Looking To Loose Your Mum Tum Or To Just Keep In Trim.
